Caldwell And Renfroe Join Forces
Jacksonville, Fla. — The Caldwell Group and J.C. Renfroe have merged to create an organization capable of providing a significantly broader array of lifting
solutions to its global customers.
Caldwell, a U.S. manufacturer of below the hook lifting equipment, and Renfroe, a U.S. manufacturer of plate clamp lifting equipment, have combined to form an
organization based on well recognized brands and years of first-hand application experience in a variety of industries.

Caldwell, based in Rockford, IL, is an employee owned company (ESOP). J.C. Renfroe, based in Jacksonville, FL, will continue to operate as an independent
operation under the J.C. Renfroe name and will also become an employee owned company.
